This Return Policy explains your right of withdrawal, how to return products, and how refunds are processed when you purchase from Shunrynnaezly ("we", "us", "our") via the website https://shunrynnaezly.ddd. This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service and complies with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Swedish law (Konsumentköplagen and Distansavtalslagen) where applicable.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2.1 Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate) acquire physical possession of the last good.
2.2 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by letter sent by post or by email). You may use the following model wording, but it is not mandatory:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name and order reference]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Signature (if by post): [signature]. Date: [date]."
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt (e.g. by email) without undue delay.
2.3 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except where you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery option), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
2.4 Return of the goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery method and keep proof of posting. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit until they reach us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may open and inspect the product as you would in a shop; you must not use the product beyond what is necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it. If you use the product beyond that (e.g. consume a significant part of the contents), we may deduct an amount for diminished value or refuse the withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. Food supplements (including Vascovitalora) that have been unsealed or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning may therefore be excluded from the right of withdrawal in whole or in part, in accordance with applicable national law. If you have only opened the outer packaging to inspect the product and the inner seal of the product is intact, we will generally accept the return; if the product has been opened or partially used, we may deduct an amount for diminished value or refuse the withdrawal where the law allows. For any doubt, please contact us before returning.
Your statutory rights in case of defective or non-conforming goods are not affected; see section 5 below.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise (e.g. store credit or another method). Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice or, where we wait for the goods to be returned, within 14 days of receipt of the goods or of your proof of return. If the product is returned in a condition that allows us to resell it, we will refund the full price and (where applicable) the standard delivery cost. If we deduct an amount for diminished value (see sections 2.4 and 3), we will inform you of the deduction and the reason before making the refund. Any refund will be in the same currency as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.
If you paid by card, the refund will appear on your statement according to your bank or card issuer's processing times (often 5–10 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.
5. Defective or non-conforming goods
If the goods you received are defective or do not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, damaged, or not as described), you have statutory rights under the applicable consumer legislation. These may include the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or rescission of the contract, depending on the nature of the defect and national law. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and a description (and, if possible, photos) of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full refund including any delivery costs. In such cases we may ask you to return the product for inspection; we will cover the cost of return for defective or non-conforming goods.
6. Returns from outside the EU/EEA
If you are ordering from a country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, different rules may apply. The 14-day withdrawal right described above is granted in accordance with EU law to consumers in the EU/EEA. For customers outside the EU/EEA, we may still accept returns at our discretion; please contact us to agree on the return procedure and any cost of return. Refunds will be made in the original currency or as agreed.
7. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we make material changes. Changes will not affect your rights in relation to orders already placed, except where the change is more favourable to you or is required by law. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
